Fifth Sunday
In months that have a fifth Sunday, we take the afternoons to celebrate “Family and Friends Days.” In warm weather, we go to parks for picnics and recreational activities. FCCIOC provides charcoal and foil for grilling, with each family responsible for providing its own picnic dinner.
New Members Dinner
Once year we gather together to honor all our new members with a potluck dinner in the Family Life Center immediately after Sunday service. Invitations are extended to new members families who joined during the previous year. FCCIOC Leadership is also invited to attend.
Hallelujah Night
While the rest of the world celebrates Halloween, FCCIOC children are invited to celebrate Jesus at our annual Hallelujah Night which takes place in the Family Life Center on October 31st. Games, prizes and refreshments are part of the night’s festivities
Christmas Eve Service
FCCIOC members are invited to attend our annual Christmas Eve service where we celebrate the birth of Jesus and remember that He is the reason for the season.
New Year’s Eve Celebration
FCCIOC members and guests come together to celebrate the new year with food, worship, and prayer at the midnight hour. (This event will not take place on December 31, 2004.)
